Why the Dolls
When setting up SharePoint Gurus we wanted a logo which was fun but also
represented the way we run projects. The Russian Doll was chosen to signify
our approach of starting a solution small but perfectly formed, growing the
capabilities over time. Our approach is to plan the entire project at high
level but deliver it in phases. This way of delivering projects has several
benefits:
- Reduced initial expenditure
- Delivery to the key business objectives quickly
- More agile approach allowing the solution to improve over time
- Familiarisation of SharePoint
- Demonstrates the expert knowledge of the SharePoint Gurus
